Half done yet balanced. Oolong is semi-fermented tea. It is a tea that is not quite green and not quite black instead it is referred to as brown or red tea. The tea shimmers rich golden brown in the cup. The tart, malty scent is reflected in the taste. It is an ideal breakfast tea and a great companion of grain dishes. Simply delicious!
