Terms & Conditions

General

We would like to welcome you all to visit our shop which is open from Monday to Saturday and browse through our extensive range of certified organic products.

This fruit and vegetable section is updated every Tuesday evening, once we establish what will be available for the week. Orders usually are asked to be sent in 48 hours prior to Delivery / Pickup, as this will give us time to process your orders. For late orders, we cannot guarantee availability and the delivery date / time.

The website is being constantly updated with new products, however if you are unable to find any particular item on the website, kindly list them down in the client’s comments with your order or send us your suggestion on sales@naturali.com.mt.

 

Delivery & Payment

Our delivery service is available to all customers, both in Malta and Gozo. Please make sure to enter your correct delivery address and contact number when placing your order. If you would like to give us some helpful instructions to help us find you, these can be added as notes on your order.

 

Please note that a service charge of €5 will be added to every order prepared for delivery or pick up irrespective of the order amount.

 

Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 to 16:00, depending on your locality. Once the order is placed, we will inform you the delivery day via email. We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 3 working days.

 

A payment request will be sent via e-mail or SMS before the delivery. It is important to note that the payment is to be settled before the delivery reaches you, otherwise the delivery will have to be postponed until the payment is settled. Payment can be done through any of the below methods:

  • Payment Request – An SMS or E-mail is sent containing a link which will take you to our MyPos portal where the payment can be processed electronically;

  • Card on Delivery – If you cannot pay online, our delivery driver will be carrying a portable MyPos machine through which you can pay by card;

  • Cash or Cheque on Delivery – If you are unable to proceed with the above methods, you can opt to pay via cash or cheque. Please be advised that our delivery driver does not carry change, therefore prepare the exact amount in cash. If you are paying via cheque, it is to be made payable to Naturali Company Limited.

 

Whenever we try to deliver and this cannot be done either through the fault of the customer or else because the payment has not been settled on time we will change an additional fee of €6 to deliver again.

North Area - Monday & Thursday

Central Area - Tuesday & Friday

South Area - Wednesday & Saturday

                                                  

Empty Glass Water Bottles Returns

Please do your share in ensuring a better environment for future generations.

Returned empty glass bottles are re-exported to the supplier who inspects, cleans and reuses them. To make this process easier for everyone, kindly carry out the following simple instructions:

  • Please remove the caps from the bottles and dispose of them appropriately;

  • Make sure the bottles are clean and in good condition;

  • Place bottles in the appropriate boxes:

    • Levico - Black/Grey Crates;​

    • Lauretana - Red Crates;

  • Always place empty bottles in the crates the right way up.

IMPORTANT: Failing repeatedly to comply with the above will result in the loss of the returns refund.

 

Prices and Quality


The prices quoted on this website will be updated every Tuesday. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of products delivered, kindly send us an email within 24 hours and include a photo of the product in question and the reason why it is being deemed unsatisfactory on our email address sales@naturali.com.mt.

Weighed Items

Exact weight for fruit and vegetables is extremely difficult to match as per order received. While we will try our best to obtain the nearest weight possible as per customers’ orders, we however retain the right to charge for the actual weight delivered.

 

Meat

Fresh Meat products listed on the website are available on order, which means that items ordered on a particular week will be available the next week.  If it happens that some fresh meat items are available in stock, kindly call us to let you know what is available.

Other Organic Food and Non-Food Items

Apart from fruit, vegetables and meat, we also stock a whole range of certified organic products including dairy and delicatessen, all kinds of groceries, home cleaning products and personal care. We always do our best to make sure that the prices are correct but there may be times when the prices on this website may not be fully updated and we will contact you to inform you if there are any changes. Please do not hesitate to ask us for items which you cannot find on the website.

Website Maintenance

There might be certain periods whereby a part or all of the website may not be available due to maintenance work.
